Though hotel is obviously not new, it does not affect the comfort of stay. Rooms are spotless clean, everything is comfortable, and functioning 100%. Rooms are super big and stylish, and you get a balcony with the great view to the sea. You can also smell the sea and feel the breeze right from your balcony, it is amazing! The pool area is relaxing. The staff was very friendly and helpful, we felt welcome from the very beginning. Though we arrived much earlier than the check in time, we were welcomed and offered a drink, and our room was prepared within the next 30 minutes (I do not expect this service from the hotel though, as everything might be full and it is alright, but it is of course super cool how they handled it and made an effort to accommodate us). Also the staff at the pool bar is very friendly too! Overall, all of was awesome, maybe only breakfast could have been a bit better, but it might be just a matter of personal taste Please also be aware, that while hotel is very nicely located in Corfu Town, there is no beach nearby. If your purpose is a beach vacation near the real sea, you need to look at some other places. From this hotel you would have to take a bus, a taxi or drive a car, if you'd like to go swimming.

Corfu Palace was superb with its own personality that blends its exceptional people, facilities and location to make it a fantastic place to stay in Corfu . The rooms were spacious with a lovely balcony overlooking a truly stunning vista. Service at reception, the restaurant, pool and all services was always friendly and efficient but also with good humour. The manager ran a cocktail party for guests one night and it was evident that the place is impacted by his warm and sincere personality, with a bit of fun thrown in. As Aussies in Greece while test cricket was being played in England he explained the cricket culture in Corfu and even bought out his personal copy of ‘the Ashes’ for photos and friendly banter. The pool, bar and restaurant areas are huge and simply stunning with views over the old Fort and Super yachts. It’s 5 to 10 minutes walk to the old town. On first look it seemed a bit dated but after a while you realise that is part of the special character. It’s super clean and rooms and areas are large and most of your time is spent outside although there is plenty of room inside in poor weather.

The hotel has an amazing view of the sea and Old Fortress. Also, the location is quite peaceful even if it is close of the Old Town ( 5 min walk) but out of the noise and very crowded areas. The rooms, restaurant and pool areas are spotless clean and have enough space so you will have some privacy if you need it. The staff is very kind, polite and helpful. They make feel you as a family member, not a simply guest. Breakfast is varied, you can make tasty and healthy choices even for a picky child. The rooms are cool even if they face east ( the adjustable AC do a good job) and have enough space. The furniture is a bit outdated but it's well designed so there are plenty of storage areas. Wi-fi works fine for "holiday mode" but do not expect to do any work because it's quite unstable. So.... a very good accomodation for a relaxing holiday!

The hotel is beautiful and the grounds are amazing. Beautiful gardens and the swimming pool was great. You can order food and drinks by the pool and it overlooks the beautiful sea. The room was amazing and the view was just perfect. It had a lovely balcony which was really nice. It was so peaceful sitting there overlooking the water. Breakfast was great with so much variety to choose from. It couldn't have been better. The location was amazing as it was only a short walk to Corfu old town which has so many amazing shops. It was also a short walk to the Old Fortress and Boschetto gardens. I would like to thank Elena on the front desk. She made our trip even more special by her friendly welcomes and wonderful advice on where to go and how to get there. Nothing was too much of an effort for her. Thanks so much Elena.

The staff are all amazing. Nothing was too much trouble for them and every greeting came with a smile. Breakfast was perfectly nice, linen cloths and plenty of choice - and the breakfast room has a gorgeous view of the bay. The pool was well kept and in a great spot, plenty of sun beds and a great pool bar. The pool itself is salt water and really clean. Everywhere was clean and well kept. The hotel is rather a Grand Old Dame and takes some upkeep, I would imagine. We generally stay in more modern hotels with less of an atmosphere. The Corfu Palace had lots of atmosphere, lots of history and a warm welcome.
